Do you buy houses to lease to people? Right now my husband and I are looking at doing a short sale on our house or last resort let it foreclose. I know I prob won't be able to buy a house for a year or 2. I'm looking for an investor to buy a house for me and I will lease purchase it. That is what we did with the house we are in now.
