Aimee E. Ghimire, is originally from Vienna, Austria and is truly a global citizen. She has lived in Europe, Japan, Washington & Wisconsin and has visited over 35 countries.

Aimee joined the Mesa, AZ branch of CTX Mortgage Company in 2004. She started in the mortgage business several years ago working for a small local broker in Wisconsin. Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, Scott Hubbard served honorably in the US military for 10 years before co-founding Homewerx Home Inspections in 1999.  He has formal training both as a Home Inspector and a General Contractor, as well as a BS degree in Marketing.  Scott is also a seasoned real estate investor, maintaining an Arizona real estate license since 2001.

Prior to becoming a Home Inspector, Scott spent several years remodeling homes, receiving extensive hands-on experience with all of the major systems and components of a home.  Combining his classroom education with his real life experience, Scott then became a Home Inspector and has since performed thousands of home inspections in Arizona.

Scott currently holds several licenses and industry certifications, including the following:

• Licensed AZ Real Estate Agent
